Castle Rock Park
Juneau County Castle Rock Park is situated in a beautiful, wooded area on the 16,000 acre Castle Rock Lake .The park comprises approximately 160 acres and has 300 sites available for camping with 150 sites having electrical hookups. Each campsite has a fire ring and a picnic table. We welcome all types of camping units. Recreational opportunities available at Juneau County Castle Rock Park are swimming, boating, water-skiing, fishing, canoeing, playground equipment,bathhouse, showers and dump station. WATERFEST
This years event falls on August, 3, 2019
Join us as we celebrate Waterfest the first Saturday in August. Waterfest is best known for its Venetian lighted boat parade and fireworks. We start the day with the Wild Side run / walk at 8am followed by our popular bicycle parade at 12pm. People of all ages can decorate their bicycle and participate in the bicycle parade around the park. Other activities will follow at the park shelter. At dusk join us along the shore line to watch the lighted boat parade and fireworks.

LIGHT YOUR SITE
On the evening of Waterfest Castle Rock Park will sponsor a LIGHT YOUR SITE contest. All campers are invited to participate by illuminating their site with decorations and lights much in the same way the lighted boat parade does on the lake. Judging with occur immediately following the lighted boat parade and fireworks. So unpack those Christmas lights and other illumination devices and have some fun.

New Shower Building
In the spring of 2015 the Juneau County received WDNR stewardship grant for a new shower building and a new campground loop. Construction of the shower building began in Sept. 2015 and should be ready for the 2016 season.
