Boost Your Brain and Memory
Boost Your Brain & Memory is an 8 week evidence-based brain health program designed to focus on memory strategies that can positively influence brain health. The program offers a unique, whole-person approach to brain fitness. you will learn practices that can help you live a healthier lifestyle, remember things better, be more organized, pay closer attention, and regulate your emotions.

Strong Bodies

The Extension StrongBodies Program is based on the StrongWomen Program that was created by Professors Miriam E. Nelson and Rebecca Seguin. StrongBodies will catalyze positive change in people of all ages to live stronger, healthier lives by providing knowledge, inspiration, access to programs, and ongoing support. This is a FREE Strong Bodies strength training class for adults. Weights and mats are provided, or participants may bring their own. Participants must be age 55 or better. 

Sip N Swipe Cafe

This program is designed to help individuals unfamiliar with technology who are looking to become better connected. The Aging Program Specialist will work 1:1 with individuals assisting them in becoming more confident and familiar with their smart devices. Participants must be age 60 or better. 

Powerful Tools for Caregivers
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6-week class that supports family caregivers focusing on taking care of yourself while caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. 

Dementia Live 
Dementia Live is a high impact, hands-on, simulation experience that immerses participants into what life could feel like living with dementia. This training provides participants with a deeper understanding of what it is like to live with cognitive impairment and sensor changes. 

Dementia Friends 
Dementia Friends is a global movement with the goal of changing the way people think, act and talk about dementia. Dementia Friends is intended for all ages interested in making a difference in the lives of those living with dementia. By learning some key information, including what it is like to live with dementia, individuals who become Dementia Friends are able to turn that understanding into action. 

Caregiver Boot Camp
Caregiver Boot Camp is an educational “survival” program for families coping with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Presented by local dementia care specialists-topics covered include Dementia 101, Dementia Live, Tough Conversations, Question and Answer, Community Resources and Caring for the Caregiver. 

Medicare ABC's 
Learn the basics Medicare including the coverage that is provided and have your questions answered.
