Real estate was the site of an illegitimate electronic recycling business that violated State solid and hazardous waste laws. Large quantities of hazardous electronic waste, broken cathode ray tube (CRT) glass containing lead, TV monitors and plastics were discarded on the property by the former occupants. The hazardous waste has since been removed by an environmental consultant in coordination with the WI DNR. Property is being sold “as is”. Juneau County makes no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the subject property.
