Meet Our Nurse-Family Partnership Nurses
Jodi FieldHi, I am Jodi Field, one of the nurse home visitors for the Juneau Adams Nurse-Family Partnership program. I love the Nurse-Family Partnership model because it truly is a partnership between the family and the nurse. Visits focus on what is important to the family and the goals they want to achieve. I believe strongly in providing a safe space for parents to be heard, respected, and supported. It is so exciting to see babies grow and thrive with their parent’s support and I am honored to be a part of this journey.

Tara Jo SwinehartMy name is Tara Jo, a nurse home visitor for the Nurse-Family Partnership Program. In my role as a home visit nurse for first time mothers, I enjoy watching women transform into mothers. The birth of your first child can be both an exciting and anxious time. As your nurse I will be a resource to help you on this journey until your child turns two years old. I truly enjoy helping mothers and babies in the community I grew up in and am raising my children.

Arrin Huth
Hi. My name is Arrin Huth. I am one of the nurse home visitors for the Juneau Adams Nurse-Family Partnership program. I love working for NFP because I have the privilege of partnering with first time parent(s) to help them achieve goals, learn about topics anywhere from pregnancy to parenting, and creating memories. We work together to establish what is most important in your life and let that lead the direction that the program goes. I am here to support you every step of the way and excited to take this journey with you!
